4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the taya077 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.5 Suspicious Activity. You must notify taya077 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. taya077 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. taya077 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect in your Account balance, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.
5.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. taya077 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are one (1) to three (3) business days. VIP-tier Players may be eligible for expedited withdrawal processing.
5.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. taya077 reserves the right to require withdrawals to be made to a verified bank account in the Player's name.

5.6 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account and the return of funds to the originating account.
taya077 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Any attempt to deposit via cryptocurrency will be rejected and the funds may not be recoverable.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by taya077 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiry dates applicable to any Bonus Funds in your Account.
6.4 Abuse of Promotions. taya077 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds and associated winnings if taya077 determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
6.5 Modification of Promotions. taya077 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. taya077 will not be liable to any Player for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the modification or termination of a promotion.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the taya077 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, taya077 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. taya077 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
7.3 Disconnection Policy. If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game session, taya077's system will attempt to complete the game round according to the game's standard rules. taya077 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a Player's internet connection failure or device malfunction.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude taya077's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your taya077 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
13.2 Termination by taya077. taya077 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if taya077 determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if taya077 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
