• Fraud Prevention and Security — necessary for the legitimate interests of taya077 in protecting the platform and its players from fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activity;
• Responsible Gaming Compliance — necessary for compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and for the protection of Players' vital interests;
• Customer Support — necessary for the performance of the contract and for taya077's legitimate interest in resolving player queries and complaints;
• Marketing Communications — based on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time;
• Platform Analytics and Improvement — based on taya077's legitimate interest in improving the quality and performance of the platform;
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance — necessary for compliance with applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR directives.

6 Data Sharing and Disclosure

6.1 taya077 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes under any circumstances.

7.1 taya077 retains your personal data for as long as your Account remains active and for such additional period as is required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

7.2 In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, transaction records and identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the relevant transaction or the closure of your Account, whichever is later.

7.3 Communications records, including customer support interactions and complaint records, are retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the communication.

7.4 Where you have requested self-exclusion, taya077 will retain sufficient data to enforce the self-exclusion and prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

7.5 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with taya077's data disposal procedures.

8 Security Measures

11 Children's Privacy

11.1 The taya077 platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. taya077 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

11.2 If taya077 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, the relevant Account will be suspended immediately, the personal data will be deleted, and any funds held in the Account will be handled in accordance with taya077's underage gambling policy and applicable Philippine law.

11.3 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered an Account on the taya077 platform, please contact taya077's customer support team immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.
